24/7 Account Access
What It Is: Allows you to conduct financial transactions via the Internet. You can view account balances, access E-statements, transfer funds between accounts, send secure messages to the credit union, and more.
How To Get Started: Call Parkside (734.525.0700) to set up a temporary password, which will be good for 24 hours. After you log in with this temporary password, you will be prompted to choose a new password.
What It Is: Allows you to conduct financial transactions via mobile devices such as phones and tablets. You can view account balaces, transfer funds between accounts, view pending transactions, pay bills, and more.
How To Get Started: Download our mobile app and then access your accounts using the same login information that you use for online banking. (To locate our app in your device's app store, simply do a search on "Parkside Credit Union.")
What It Is: Allows You to deposit a check into your account by taking a picture of it with your phone or tablet.
How To Get Started: Log in to your account on your mobile app and then click on the DEPOSIT icon, where you can request access to mobile deposit. Once approved (usually within 24 hours), just click that same DEPOSIT icon to deposit your check.
What It Is: Allows you to pay bills and to schedule automatic payments online.
How To Get Started: Log in to online banking via ParksideCU.org and click on Pay & Transfer. Then click on Bill Pay, which is in the "Send Money" section of that menu option.
What It Is: Allows you to transfer funds between your credit union account and your account at another financial institution.
How To Get Started: Call Parkside (734.525.0700) to establish the transfer relationship from your checking or savings account. You will then be able to make any future transfers through online banking.
What It Is: A secure, credit union-supported alternative to payment apps that allows you to send money via text or email. The recipient clicks on the secure link within the notification to access the transactions.
How To Get Started: Complete enrollment via online banking (through the Pay & Transfer tab) or via our mobile app (click on MOVE MONEY and then Pay Anyone).
