Verifying Contact Information on Account

The next phase in the TRUECCU merger process will occur May 31-June 2. During this System Synergy phase, we will complete the account transition, which will bring our credit union systems together.

In order to ensure the account transition process goes as smoothly as possible for you, we ask that you verify the contact information (address, phone, and email) on your account(s). You may verify this information in one of four ways:

  • Online Banking. Go to ParksideCU.org and log in to online banking. Once you are logged in:
  • Click on your profile in the upper right corner.
  • Click on Personal Info & Settings.
  • Click on Personal Information.
  • At this point, you may be prompted to verify your identity before proceeding. Once you receive and type in the verification code, review each piece of contact information carefully.
  • Click the Edit Information button if you need to revise your information.
  • Mobile App. Open the mobile app and log in to your account. Once you are logged in:
  • Click on your profile in the upper right corner.
  • Click on Personal Information.
  • At this point, you may be prompted to verify your identity before proceeding. Once you receive and type in the verification code, review each piece of contact information carefully.
  • Click the Edit Information button if you need to revise your information.
  • Call.  Give us a call at 734.525.0700 ext. 8020 and we will review your contact information with you.
  • Visit a Branch. Stop by the Westland, Livonia, or Dearborn branch to review your contact information with one of our Member Advisors.
