Due to COVID-19 and its impact on the economy we know that this a challenging time for many. Parkside understands your concerns and would like to help ease some of that worry by automatically waiving the April credit card payment for eligible* members. Your next payment is due May 28. Please note that finance charges will continue to accrue.

If you usually make your payment manually, no action is required on your part in order to skip this payment. Automated payments will continue to post, however, so if you wish to cancel the April payment, please contact us or edit your payment within the Pay & Transfer tab in online banking. Skipping the April payment is not mandatory; you can still make your payment if you choose to do so.

*Credit Card accounts that are delinquent 30 days or more as of statement generation, credit card accounts where the credit limit has been exceeded, and frozen accounts do not qualify.
