Important Notice Regarding CU*Talk

Parkside strives to deliver exceptional service and to offer products and tools that fit our members’ evolving needs. Due to a variety of circumstances, the CU*Talk product will no longer be available to Parkside members, effective immediately. We are confident that you will find our Online Banking tool and our mobile app to be convenient alternatives. Please see below for instructions for getting started with these tools.


1. Contact Parkside at 734.525.0700. A Parkside representative will assist with the activation process.

2. After the representative has activated your account, you will be instructed to go to or to download the app to your mobile device in order to log in to your new Online Banking account.

3. Your username will be your Parkside account number. Your password will be the last 4 digits of the social security # of the primary accountholder.

4. You will be prompted to change your password. The password must be at least 8 characters and must contain at least one of each of the following types of characters: capital letter, lowercase letter, number, and special character.

5. After inputting your password, you will see a message stating that it has been updated. Choose “next” or “continue.”

6. You will be asked to select your first security question. (Security questions will be used to verify your identity when logging in to Online Banking.) Use the dropdown menu to select the question and then input the answer to the question. You will be prompted to select two additional security questions.

7. You will be asked to accept the Online Banking agreement. Please review the agreement and accept.

8. You will be asked to accept your Personal Internet Branch (PIB) profile. Once you accept, the process has been completed!

After your Online Banking account has been activated, here are some quick tips for navigating the site:

LOGGING IN: You will log in to Online Banking by clicking the Online Banking button in the upper, right corner of Your username will be your Parkside account number. Your password will be the new password that you created as part of the activation process.

TRANFER MONEY: You can conduct a quick transfer, schedule a regularly occurring transfer, or transfer money to a non-member’s account via the various options in the Pay & Transfer section on the Online Banking home page.

PARKSIDE PERKS: ParksidePerks can be accessed via a link in the Featured Links section or the Member Services section on the Online Banking home page.

E-STATEMENT: A link to your monthly e-Statements can be accessed via the e-Statements option in the Member Services section of the Online Banking home page.

FAQs: A list of frequently asked questions is available via the Assist (FAQ) option on the Online Banking home page.


1. Do a search for “Parkside Credit Union” in your device’s app store.

2. Once you have located the app, download it to your mobile device.

3. To log in, click on Sign In in the upper, right corner of the app’s home page. Use your online banking username and password.
