Branch Operations Update

Beginning Monday, March 23rd, Parkside Credit Union will re-open its drive thru facilities at the Livonia and Westland branch locations. Our drive thrus will have limited staffing in order to maintain the practice of social distancing; we ask for your patience as we work through the lines each day. The Dearborn Maple and Dix branches will remain closed at this time.

Parkside staff—most of whom are now working remotely—are ready to serve you over the phone (734.525.0700) during regular business hours (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 9 - 5; Wednesday from 10 - 5; Saturday from 9 - 1). We anticipate a higher than normal call volume, and again request your patience as we strive to give each member personalized attention.

In addition to drive thru and phone service, please be aware that Parkside will continue to provide several other options for conducting business. The ATMs at our Westland, Livonia, and Dix locations will be available for withdrawals, and we also offer mobile deposit via our app. Online banking (ParksideCU.org) will allow you to access account balance information, make payments, and transfer money. And, as noted in previous correspondence, Parkside is part of the Xtend Shared Branch Network, with several convenient branch locations including those in Garden City, Dearborn, Farmington, Novi, River Rouge, and Wyandotte.
