We are living in unprecedented times as the world continues to focus on and respond to ongoing developments related to the coronavirus (COVID-19). Like you, we continue to stay informed and are prioritizing actions that protect the health and safety of our employees, members, and communities.
While many things are uncertain today, you can have confidence that we are here, ready and able, to serve your needs to the best of our ability while safeguarding our employees and you, our members. The majority of our employees have moved to remote work as part of our country’s social distancing efforts to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, and we are working to ensure our staff has the resources to serve your needs through a virtual environment. Effective March 19, we have closed our branches and are working to secure other ways to serve you in the coming days. We will keep you updated and will re-open our drive thru services as soon as possible.
Our ATMs will continue to be available; online banking will allow you to access account balance information, make payments, or transfer money. Our Remote Services team is ramping up from their home locations to serve your needs via phone, and will be reaching out make sure you have access to all of the services you need over the next few days.
Additionally, Parkside is part of the Xtend Shared Branch Network, with several convenient branch locations including those in Garden City, Dearborn, Farmington, Novi, River Rouge, and Wyandotte. Please click here to find a branch near you for drive-up services.
