With a goal of simplifying our product and rewards options to better serve our members, Parkside Credit Union will be introducing a new Membership Rewards Program. In place of our current programs (Kasasa®, Relationship Rewards, ScoreCard), we will offer exciting product packages and a single rewards program called ParksidePerks.

Parkside's Product Packages are designed to provide you with flexibility. We put you in control of choosing the benefits that you want most and that best meet your current financial needs.

Likewise, ParksidePerks is structured to make it easier for you to earn, redeem, and track your rewards points. You'll earn ParksidePerks points by using your Debit and/or Rewards Credit Card. You will also earn ParksidePerks points each month for your relationship with us - the more products and services you use, the more points you earn! All of your points will be consolidated in order to maximize your point-spending potential!

What is the Membership Rewards Program?

This exciting new program replaces the three current Parkside rewards programs (Kasasa®, ScoreCard, and Relationship Rewards), ensuring a streamlined, easier-to-access, and more robust program. The Membership Rewards Program has two main components, Product Packages and ParksidePerks. Each product package offers unique features to suit your current financial needs. ParksidePerks is designed to reward you for your whole financial relationship with us, you will earn points on Debit Card transactions, Rewards Credit Card transactions, and for monthly activities in your account, like using Online/Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit! When will the new Membership Rewards Program be rolled out?

The program will be rolled out in phases throughout 2019. All Kasasa Checking Accounts will be moved to the new Premier Package in early April. All remaining consumer accounts will be moved to one of the four new product packages in early June. We anticipate the ParksidePerks program will be fully implemented later this year. We will continue to post updates here on our website.

What will happen to my ScoreCard Rewards Points?

The ParksidePerks program is a re-branded, more robust version of the ScoreCard program. Therefore you will continue to earn ScoreCard Rewards Points (now called ParksidePerks points) for Debit Card transactions (1 point for $5 spent), Rewards Credit Card transactions (1 point for $1 spent), and later this year, you will begin earning points for your full relationship with Parkside.

What will happen to my Relationship Rewards points?

You will continue to earn Relationship Rewards points until the ParksidePerks program is rolled out; then, all of your current Relationship Rewards points will be transferred to the ParksidePerksprogram.

How do I redeem my ParksidePerks points?

To view and redeem your ParksidePerks points, you will simply access the direct login portal via Online Banking. This direct login will be available later this summer. If you are a current ScoreCard user, you can continue redeeming points through the ScoreCard portal until the direct login function is implemented.

What if I want to move to a different product package?

Beginning June 3rd you will be able to change product packages whenever you’d like by calling Parkside or by stopping by a branch. Parkside MSRs can provide assistance if you need help determining which package best suits your needs.

What are the differences between the product packages?

Each product package offers unique features to suit your current financial needs. The Essential Package is for members with only a Savings Account (no checking relationship with Parkside). The Premier Package offers interest-bearing savings and checking accounts. The Elite Package offers added benefits of a higher interest rate on the checking account as well as fee-free out-of-network ATMs. The Exclusive Package offers even greater benefits, including a free Amazon Prime Subscription, the highest interest rate on checking, as well as most service fees waived.
