Fraud Notification – New Automated Assistant
CO-OP Financial Services, Parkside’s debit and credit card processor, has announced enhancements to member notification efforts for suspected debit and credit card fraud cases.
Beginning soon, CO-OP will introduce “Jill”, an automated assistant, which will begin making outbound calls for suspected fraud cases. Because the use of the automated assistant will be gradual, there will be a combination of support provided by Jill and CO-OP live agents for making outbound calls throughout the month of June and early July.
Please be aware that you may receive a call from the Jill automated assistant attempting to verify recent activity on your debit and/or credit cards from Parkside.
