Parkside Credit Union is committed to being involved in the communities we serve. We proudly live in these communities ourselves, and feel it is our organizational obligation to contribute to the well being of them.

The Parkside Credit Union “Your Friend for Life” scholarship is awarded to each of the high schools in the Livonia and Wayne Westland School districts. Our primary objective is to assist students who faced adversity and worked to overcome personal obstacles.

Additionally, we fund and support student run branches at Taft-Galloway and Hamilton Elementary schools in the Wayne-Westland school district.

Parkside Credit Union is very active in the Livonia and Westland Chambers of Commerce, and the Livonia Jaycees. We support these vital community organizations through generous sponsorships and participation. The Livonia Chamber of Commerce voted Parkside Credit Union the small business of the year in 2008.

We are proud to be a founding partner in the Livonia Public Schools Foundation Competitive Edge program. This program offers college planning and financial assistance for each new incoming first grade student.
